The following is a listing of some ongoing maintenance work and projects.

Roof Top Exhaust Fans:

Work has begun on replacing the exhaust fans in all 3 buildings. The work should be done by the end of November weather permitting.

Lobby Area Restoration:

Please note that we will look at refinishing the lobby wood panels once the exhaust fans are complete.

Garage Restoration:

The process on hiring a structural engineer to begin garage concrete repairs.

Other topics:

At the last meeting the Board approved modernizing the elevators in the commercial building, this process will begin in the near future. Also, replacement of the steam traps in all of the apartments in the C building has resumed and should be complete by October.

The on-going work over the past few years at Ruppert has inconvenienced all of us. These are minor short-term inconveniences compared to issues that could arise if the projects are not completed. Your cooperation and patience is appreciated.
