What's New at Ruppert House:

-We are delighted to have our buidling complex plaza reopen this past June and happy to see the children and all shareholders enjoying this special place once again.

-A resolution has been passed by the Ruppert House Boad making it mandatory that each apartment must have its own Homeowners Insurance policy. Each shareholder will be required to provide proof of insurance by October 1, 2008. Proof can be provided by submitting a copy of your homeowner's policy or a certificate of insurance to the Management Office. Please contact the Management Office for more details or questions.

-The previously approved (2007) 10% maintenance increase also goes into effective on 10/01/08 the reason for this increase is due to the rise in cost of fuel, utilities and general operating expenses.

-Also stay tuned but please be aware that our Annual Meeting will be occuring as per usual in November along with our normal Board of Director elections.
